- Eligibility
- The ST10 promotion is open to food and beverage brands operating in the United States and Canada.
- Void where prohibited by law. Participants must be legal entities and individuals aged 18 or older with the authority to enter on behalf of their brand.
- Family members of SampyTracker/Opal are not eligible to participate.
- Promotion Period
- The promotion ends on March 12th, 2025.
- All entries must be received by 11:59 PM PST on the end date.
- How to Enter
- Participants must complete the entry form by clicking on the links on SampyTracker home page, ads or posts, providing all required information.
- Only one entry per brand is allowed.
- Selection of Winners
- Five brands will be selected based on the completeness and relevance of their entries and via a random draw.
- Winners will be notified via email within 3 days after the promotion period ends.
- If a winner does not respond within 10 days of notification, an alternate winner may be selected.
- Prize
- Each of the five selected brands will receive 10 free real-time monitoring and measurement of their in-store product demonstrations or sampling via the SampyTracker portal/dashboard.
- Free monitoring, measurement, benchmarking and reporting of sampling events can be availed from April. 1st, 2025, to July 31st, 2025.
- The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other services.
- Conditions of Participation
- By entering the promotion, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
- Winners agree to participate in any promotional activities related to the ST10 promotion, including the use of their brand name and logo in marketing materials.
- Privacy
- Personal information collected during the promotion will be used in accordance with SampyTracker’s privacy policy.
- Participants consent to the collection and use of their information for the purposes of administering the promotion.
- General Conditions
- SampyTracker reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the promotion if any fraud, technical failures, or other factors beyond its control impair the integrity of the promotion.
- Abuse of the entry policy will result in disqualification of the entry at SampyTracker’s discretion.
- SampyTracker is not responsible for any technical issues or entries not received due to technical failures.
- Limitation of Liability
- By participating in the promotion, participants agree to release and hold harmless SampyTracker, Opal, and their affiliates from any liability arising from participation in the promotion or acceptance of the prize.
- Governing Law
- By participating in ST10 promotion, you agree that all related matters shall be governed exclusively by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the laws of Canada applicable to the Province of Ontario, without regard to the conflicts of laws principles thereof. You are responsible for complying with your own local laws.
